AI models, like any technology, may have limitations that could lead to occasional inaccuracies or imperfections in the output. AS A USER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CAREFULLY REVIEW AND ASSESS THE FINAL COVER LETTER GENERATED BY OUR SERVICE BEFORE DECIDING TO USE IT FOR YOUR JOB APPLICATIONS. APPLAIME solely provides tools for creating these materials and shall not be held accountable or liable for any inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or discrepancies that might be present in the content generated.

While we strive to provide a valuable tool in your job search journey, we encourage you to actively engage in the process and ensure the content of your cover letters effectively represents your unique skills, experiences, and suitability for the desired job.

Regardless of whether a user is registered or unregistered, usage of the generated materials for employment-seeking activities is solely the user's responsibility. APPLAIME, under no circumstances, assures or guarantees the user any specific outcomes from their job search efforts. The tools provided simply aim to facilitate the application process and can influence but not determine the final hiring decision.

Terms of Use:
**Service Description and Pricing Structure:** - APPLAIME, or the "Service", is a web-based application accessible via the APPLAIME website that uses natural language processing and machine learning techniques to extract relevant information from a user's LinkedIn profile and job description, then generates a personalized job application materials.
It offers a range of services to users, including but not limited to, the generation of a “Customized CV Profile Summary” for 1 credit, creating a “Winning Cover Letter” for 2 credits, and "Job Interview Preparation" for 2 credits.
Please note that the interview questions are generated based on the job description and are intended to act as a preparatory tool. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THESE WILL BE THE ACTUAL QUESTIONS POSED DURING AN INTERVIEW.

Access to APPLAIME as a guest is free, with the capability to create one cover letter. For continuous use and access to more services, users must register by providing a valid full name and email address to create an individual account. Upon successful registration, the user will receive three (3) gratitude credits. Furthermore, once these initial credits are exhausted, users may buy additional credits securely via Stripe to continue using the services.

**Refund policy:** ALL PURCHASES MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLAIME PLATFORM ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed and confirmed your decision prior to making a purchase.

**Use of the Service:** In order to use the Services, the User must have an active LinkedIn account and grant APPLAIME access to certain information from the User's LinkedIn profile, as well as the ability to generate and send cover letters on the User's behalf. Any expense in connection with such items is not included in the Services and shall be borne exclusively by the User. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the features of the Services meet their needs before using them.

As a user of APPLAIME, you agree to use the services in good faith and not to use them negligently, for fraudulent purposes, or in an unlawful manner. In addition, you agree not to engage in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests, or rights of the services, other users, or third parties. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious (b) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invades another's privacy; (c) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; (d) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation; (e) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service; (g) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation; or (h) "stalk" or otherwise harass another.

**Acceptance of Terms:** By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, as well as any additional terms and conditions that we may impose in connection with certain services or features of the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting the modified Agreement on the site.

**Violation of Terms and Conditions:** Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in penalties, including but not limited to restricting or suspending access to the Service, and legal actions that can be taken against violators. APPLAIME reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to prevent or redress any violation and to ensure the smooth operation of the Service.

**Intellectual Property:** The Service design, software, text, graphics, layout, and selection is owned by APPLAIME and its licensors, and is protected under copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws. APPLAIME is not a service of LinkedIn Corporation Ltd. LinkedIn Corporation Ltd and applaime are two different unaffiliated companies; consequently, they do not represent each other.

**Sharing of User Information with Third Parties:** By using the Service, you understand that your personal information, such as your LinkedIn profile, resume, and job application information, may be shared with third-party service providers, such as OpenAI, to improve the Service and develop new features. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information. Sharing of User Data with Recruiters and Job Search Services: You understand that APPLAIME may share your data, such as your cover letter and resume, with recruiters and job search services for the purpose of matching you with job openings.

**Limitation of Liability:** APPLAIME shall bear no liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or discrepancies in the cover letters, CV summaries, or interview thoughts. Applaime also do not promise or guarantee any specific results in terms of getting invited to an interview or getting hired. The generated job application materials are just a part of the overall decision process that companies use when hiring someone, using our service does not make us responsible in any way for the outcome of the application process. In addition, any decision to incorporate these resources into your job application process lies entirely at your discretion and risk, with APPLAIME not bearing any responsibility for the consequence of this decision.

**Indemnification:** You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APPLAIME, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities, and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these terms and conditions or your use of the Service.

**Termination:** APPLAIME reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue or terminate your use of the Service at any time, for any or no reason, and without warning or liability.

**Severability:** If any provision of these terms is found by a competent court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any present or future law, such provision will be entirely severable, and these terms will be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never composed a part hereof.

**Governing Law:** These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

**Dispute Resolution:** In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of the service, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiations. If no amicable settlement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the country of Israel.
